Application for Travel HSM

Use this application to request funding your business trip (conference, workshop, research visit etc.) from HSM. You will need to clearly explain the purpose of your trip and submit your travel application no later than 6 weeks before the trip. By submitting your application you agree to the funding rules and conditions of HSM. Later applications will be considered only in exceptional cases.

Please name your supervisor and mentor (if you are PhD student), or mentor (if you are a Postdoc)
Explain why you will be traveling and why the trip is important for your studies. If you travel to a conference and/or workshop state clearly what kind of contribution you will be making to the event (presentation, poster etc.) if any.
