María Inés de Frutos Fernández joined the HCM as a postdoctoral researcher in October 2024. Previously, she worked as a Margarita Salas Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, as a Research Associate at Imperial College London and as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Nebrija. She earned her PhD in Mathematics from Boston University in 2020, under the supervision of Jared Weinstein. Her main research interests are mathematical formalization and algebraic number theory.
