Junior Trimester Program: "Symplectic Geometry and Representation Theory"

October 2 – December 21, 2017

Description: The Junior Hausdorff Trimester Program gives young mathematicians (postdocs, junior faculty) the opportunity to carry out collaborative research in Symplectic Geometry and Representation Theory.

The focus is on the following research topics:

  • Braids, webs, affine Grassmannian, and 'higher' representation theory
  • Mirror symmetry, Fukaya categories and Auslander-Reiten theory
  • Quantum geometric and algebraic representation theory

Associated Events:

  • Workshop: Quantum geometric and algebraic representation theory
  • Winter School: Categorification, representation theory and symplectic geometry
  • Workshop: Categorification, representation theory and symplectic geometry
  • Workshop: A-infinity structures in geometry and representation theory
