Junior Trimester Program: "Differential Geometry"

Description: This Junior Hausdorff Trimester Program gave young mathematicians (postdocs, junior faculty) the opportunity to carry out collaborative research in Differential Geometry.

The research topics included

  • Prescribed scalar curvature on open manifolds
  • Gluing Ricci-flat metrics
  • Spacelike foliations and curvature conditions in Lorentzian geometry
  • Variational methods and special holonomy
  • Geometry of Banach spaces
