II. Criteria for the final evaluation

• excellent achievements in research, which are among the top in international comparison, as well as
• very good achievements in academic teaching that go significantly beyond ordinary achievements

or

• excellent achievements in academic teaching, as well
• very good achievements in research, which go significantly beyond ordinary achievements in an international comparison

and

• active participation in committee work of the university and the entire academic community.

Specification of the criteria

I. Criteria for research

• publications in important international journals
• invitations to talks and lectures
• (co-)organization of international conferences
• awards
• international visibility and networking

II. Criteria for academic teaching

• quality and breadth of teaching taking into account the type (lecture, seminar), level (BSc, MSc, PhD) and the use of English language/internationality
• classes on current research topics
• supervisor of bachelor and master theses, potentially PhD theses
• design of teaching materials, writing of books and lecture notes

III. Criteria for administration

• participation in academic administration
• participation in university committees
