Application for Travel BIGS

Use this application to request funding your business trip (conference, workshop, research visit etc.) from BIGS. You will need to clearly explain the purpose of your trip and confirm that your trip is approved by your supervisor. Please submit your travel application no later than 6 weeks before the trip. By submitting your application you agree to the funding rules and conditions of BIGS. Later applications will be considered only in exceptional cases.

You must name your mentor if you are in the second semester of your studies at BIGS or above.
Explain why you will be traveling and why the trip is important for your studies. If you travel to a conference and/or workshop state clearly what kind of contribution you will be making to the event (presentation, poster etc.) if any.
