July 12 - 16, 2021
Venue: Online
Organizer: Tim Laux (Bonn)
Description:
The boundaries between geometry, analysis, numerics, and the sciences have become increasingly blurred as modern problems in partial differential equations and the calculus of variations are intimately connected to all these areas.
This workshop aims to bring together experts and young researchers with diverse backgrounds ranging from numerical analysis and homogenization theory to geometric flows, optimal transport, and geometric measure theory with the goal to exchange new ideas in these fields and foster collaborations.
