We invite all female* mathematics and computer science students to an online event on the 21st of May from 3 pm to 5 pm. We will be talking about scientific research, how to know if it is the right thing for you and how to get into it. Some speakers will talk about their experiences how to pick the right university and supervisor, working abroad, planning a career in STEM and possible obstacles.

Since this is a joint event with upstream - the Network for Women1 in STEAM at HGS MathComp - you will have the opportunity to get into conversation with multiple speakers and participants from Heidelberg and Bonn over a cup of tea. The event will mainly be in English, however you can always express yourself in German.
