Our portfolio includes public lectures series like the Mathematical Salon as well as science slams, math nights and somtimes even a mathematical circus. Events in memory of Felix Hausdorff are very important to us.

For Students and Teachers
There are many people working in Bonn Mathematics and at the Hausdorff Center for Mathematics who are firmly convinced that math is great fun. Within the framework of numerous activities, we convey this message to students. We intensively support talented children and adolescents in the Bonn Math Club and give them an authentic impression of the study of math.

Arithmeum
In the Arithmeum, you can experience mathematics as something beautiful, that can even be fun! Whether you have come alone, or with your family, or to join others in a guided tour – a visit to the Arithmeum is stimulating and exciting. You will enjoy a creative interaction with problems which remain relevant today: how can one calculate quickly, comfortably and, above all, error-free?
Bonn Mathematical Society
The Bonn Mathematical Society (Bonner Mathematische Gesellschaft, BMG) supports and promotes mathematics at the University of Bonn, for example by organizing events, awarding prizes for outstanding bachelor theses. or by supporting the mathematical institute library. Every year, the Bonn Mathematical Society organizes an entertaining event, usually on the evening before Corpus Christi.
Press and Media
We bring our research topics to the public in many different ways. We are very active on all common social media such as Instagram, X, Facecook and LinkedIn. Our YouTube channel not only includes hundreds of lecture recordings, but also many interviews with mathematicians and impression videos. We maintain a close exchange with numerous science journalists and invite them to our events.
